Cancellation Policy

For those booking online, A card will be required to put on file to book. (Gloss Genius holds the card info, I am not able to see your personal card info or have access to it) I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows. The card you choose to put on file will then be charged 20% of the service booked for a No Show Fee. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will also be charged 20% of the service booked for a cancellation fee. I understand life happens sometimes, please kindly send me a message if need be. If you booked through myself via text or DM’s, I will require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your service to secure your appointment. Deposit can be sent via Venmo, CashApp, or ApplePay. Once the service is completed, the 20% deposit will go towards your service and the remaining will then be charged.
